The Power of certainty

Pharmadule is the world-leader in advanced modular manufacturing facilities for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Our unique insight into what is required and expected allows us to overcome many obstacles non-specialist companies would simply be unable to deal with as effectively.

We have risen to the very top of our sector because of our extensive industry knowledge, as well as where our focus is placed: our customers – we listen to what your needs are, and meet those needs; it’s very simple. As a result, we provide the most predictable and cost-efficient way toward the complete delivery of your facility – on time and on budget.

One Partner

We manage the project, co-ordinating all activities and taking full responsibility to ensure your plant is in production on schedule. Cost overruns, time delays and technical difficulties typical of conventional construction are thus minimized, making the whole process more effective and, more importantly for you, far more economical.

Total Control

Predictability means you get what you expect. When you work with us you know you’re dealing with fixed prices and schedules. Everything is transparent from the very beginning. Cost overruns, time delays and technical difficulties are minimized through our delivery process, and quality requirements are met. Our projects finish on time and on budget. This predictability is our guarantee that your business requirements will be met, without fear of hidden costs or delays. We have proven it over and over again.

Shorter Time to Market

Our integrated project delivery method ensures the fastest delivery in the industry. The average delivery time for a modular production facility ranges from 12 to 18 months from start of detailed design to commissioning and qualification (IQ and OQ). That's 6 - 12 months faster than conventional alternatives! It is based on running multiple project steps simultaneously, and thus greatly compresses the schedule. Fabrication of your facility takes place in our workshop while preparations of the final site are done. Our approach to integrated qualification leverages our efforts in the workshop to a maximum, drastically reducing time spent on-site. This translates into tying up capital for a shorter period of time, advancing speed-to-market and revenue generation, as well as, conserving valuable company resources. Also, by being faster, you may defer your investment decision.

Modular fabrication also minimizes risks

Our staff has extensive experience from the pharmaceutical industry. They are highly trained in pharmaceutical engineering and perform the fabrication indoors with rational and effective working procedures.

The testing of the entire plant is completed before shipment. Corrections are managed in a workshop environment. Final commissioning and qualification (IQ and OQ) are carried out after assembly at the client’s site. Our undertakings are at a fixed price and a guaranteed delivery time. This avoids unwanted technical surprises and keeps your project within budget.

Flexibility

The modular system allows maximal flexibility for your new facility. Accessibility for operation and maintenance are addressed, and future modifications of the facility become very easy. With the modular system your facility can easily and with minimal disruption be expanded when market demand grows, while still keeping the initial investment to a minimum. Another benefit is the possibility to re-locate the whole facility or parts of it in the event of market changes. Or why not send parts of the facility to the equipment supplier for immediate integration of major equipment into the building maximizing the use of the supplier’s workshop. That part of the facility will then meet the rest of the building at the final site.
